立刻就是2015春天上海中高级口译笔试部分的考试了，不少同学可能都会惴惴不安，缺少信心。在这里，Bryan汇总了历年笔试翻译部分的一些最高频的高频考点，并作出分析，期望可以对所有参加考试的考生们提供一点帮助。
1. 定语从句的逻辑译法
定语从句就其地方而言，有前置、后置和分隔定语。定语从句有限定性和非限定性定语从句两种。就其性质和功能而言，可以译成条件、缘由、结果、目的、让步和转折等状语从句;就其译文的形式来讲，可以译成并列句、独立句和复合句等。就顺序而言，包含顺序，倒序，与插序。
A.An organization that has open lines of communication with valid,honest information going up,down,and through the organization will be much more effective and a much better place to work than the organization that attempts to restrict the flow of information or distort and deceive.
假如一个机构有着公开的交流途径，内部上下交流，信息真实靠谱，那样和一个企图限制信息交流或进行歪曲和欺骗的机构相比，就将更具备工作效率，也是一个更佳的工作场合。
B.The idea for a national ID,however,was knocked out of earlier drafts of legislation by a coalition of civil rights and ethnic groups,who opposed a requirement that all non|citizens carry identifying documents.
然而，主张民权的团体和少数民族团体反对所有非美国公民需要随身拾身份证件的规定，他们结成网盟，推翻了立法的刚开始几稿中关于推行全国统一身份证的倡导。
C.Sounds sweet for Michigan State,but it’s not so terrific for federal taxpayers,who will almost certainly wind up shelling out $23.5 million more each year as a result of the change.

2.分词结构的特殊译法
A.Mired in a decade|long slump,Japan longs for anything that might shock its economy back to life.
因为陷入长达十年之久的经济衰退泥潭，日本不考虑所有地想要寻求能使其经济复苏的救命稻草。
B.Today,dozens of colleges and universitiesare abandoning the Department of Education’s direct|loan plan,lured by the promise of a quick buck from banks,state lending agencies,and most significantly,SallieMae,the giant private lender based in Reston,Virginia.
今天，因为遭到来自海量银行，州借贷机构，特别是弗吉尼亚州雷斯顿市的借贷巨头Sallie Mae所承诺的迅速经济回报的魅惑，已经有几十所大专院校筹备退出教育部的直接助学贷款计划。
C.Supported by foundation grants and government contracts,they are a major source of the new ideas that are discussed in the policy|formation groups.
因为得到基金会的资助和政府的合约，这类专家就可以为政策的拟定提供源源持续的新思维。
D.The power of markets and new technology,once unleashed,would address most of the world’s ills.
市场和新技术的力量一旦得到释放，就能解决世界上的绝大部分问题。
E.Fearing the law will curtail advertising on the Internet, they are pushing for a far weaker national solution that would undercut the tough tactics in California and other states that are going the same route.
因为担忧这项法律会干扰正常网上广告业的进步，他们筹备在全国推行极为温和的解决方法。但这却会削弱加洲与其他效仿加洲做法的各洲对此氛做出的努力。
3.词性转译
A.Deflation could emergefrom simultaneous slumps in the world’s three major economies.
假如世界上三个主要的经济强国同时出现经济衰退的话，通货紧缩的问题就会随之出现。
B.But failure to come to terms with them will drive a wedge between all of us and a prosperous,healthy future for this country.
但假如不可以就这类问题达成一致的话，大家国家就不会拥有一个兴盛，稳定的将来。
C.Our cruel and unrelenting enemy leaves us only the choice of braveresistance or the most abject submission.
敌人无情无义，大家要么顽强抵抗，要么屈膝投降。
D.His being persuasive led to my admission of the imperfection of my proposal.
他的一席话很有说服力，这使我不能不承认我的建议是有缺点的。
4.旧词新意，选意准确
A.Many parents may be totally divorcedfrom the church,or entertain grave doubts about the existence of God,butthey send their children to Sunday school and help them to pray.
很多美国父母可以完全脱离教会，或者对上帝的存在深表怀疑，但他们却送我们的孩子上主日学校，并帮助他们祈祷。
B.This productivity resulting from federal spending has overwhelmed the older economic myths of the balanced budget where government is conceived of as just another business firm.
联邦资金投入可以促进生产能力这一理论致使传统的经济理论遭到威胁。这是由于后者觉得政府应发挥类似企业的职能，尽力平衡赤字。
C.We all have a stake in building peace and prosperity,and in confronting threats that respects no borders.
大家致力于缔造和平与兴盛，抵御不分国界的很多威胁。，即不分国界的威胁。
5.从句的特殊译法
A. 主语从句
It is natural and understandable for many politicians that a country like Iran that has potential nuclear power and is enemy of America in many fields is always the target for criticism and attackby US|led NATO.
像伊朗如此一个拥有潜在核能力，并且在海量范围与美国为敌的国家一直成为以美国为首的北约所批评和攻击的目的，这在不少政治界人士看来也是司空见惯的。
B.时间状语从句
It seems cruel and inhumane to launch attack and oppose trade sanction on Cuba when it is suffering from the unprecedented centennial flood and countless people dying from lack offood,clean water,and adequate medicine.
古巴正在遭受百年未遇的特大洪水灾害，成千上万的人民因为缺少食物，洁净水与药品而失去生命，假如在这个时候还对其发动攻击并强行进行贸易制裁未免太不人道。
Iraq will fight with America if all their people die.
即便牺牲全国人民的生命，伊拉克也会与美国战斗到底。
The contract will not take effect before both sides sign their names on it.
除非双方都在合同上签名，不然不会生效。
