为何不是虚拟语气用were‘t 而是用isn’t
从句法上来看，这两种形式都可以。
但从意思上来看，不合适用虚拟语气。后面的would表示的是委婉含义。
假如用虚拟语气的话类比:
某人看了天气预报了解会下雨，然后说
If it weren't to rain, I would definitely go hiking.
言外之意，明天会下雨,去不成了。
你的句子假如用虚拟语气的话就变成:
我了解非常的麻烦，所以估计我也喝不到了。
