由于主从句的主语一样,我可以省略we吗？

可以理解这是表示与以后事实相反的虚拟条件句。句子没问题。
但这个if从句不能省略主语。状语从句的省略并非仅仅省略主语，而是省略主语+动词be, 或者 从句简化为连词+非谓语动词/介词短语/形容词等形式，不能为连词+限定动词。除此之外，虚拟条件句是不作这种省略的。所以你所谓的省略的句子是不对的。
