Pop singer Man Wenjun was released yesterday afternoon after spending 14 days at a detention^{1 center for drug use.}

Man had a public image as a responsible man with a love of charity work. He is expected to make a public apology, according to Liu Qun, a pision chief with Taihe Rye.

An unnamed drug dealer^{4 was cited by the China Entertainment Net as saying that the couple was frequent drug users. The dealer said they bought 2.5 grams of heroin5 from him on the morning of Li's birthday.}
