英国年度早餐
A brioche stuffed with a Full English has beaten other creative breakfasts to triumph at this year’s Best Breakfast Awards.
布里欧修塞足了满满的英式早餐,它打败了其他的创意早餐摘得今年最好早餐奖的桂冠。
London restaurant Bunnychow won the Most Innovative Breakfast award with the £4 Full English Breakfast Bunny, which consists of bacon, tomatoes, sausage, mushrooms, spicy beans and black pudding made to a special in-house recipe, and a fried egg.
伦敦餐厅Bunnychow以这只价值4英镑的全英式小可爱早餐获得了“革新早餐奖”,布里欧修里含有培根、西红柿、香肠、蘑菇、辣豆和黑布丁一同构成的内部配方,还有一只煎蛋。
Diners can even eat the bowl, which is made from hollowed-out brioche baked fresh each day by The London Bakery Company.
用餐者甚至可以连“碗”一块吃掉,碗底是由伦敦烘焙公司,天天新鲜烘焙出炉的布里欧修挖空制成的。
The Breakfast Awards are part of a campaign which runs until 31 January, organised on behalf of British cereal farmers and producers to celebrate the importance of breakfast.
最好早餐奖作为活动的一部分,截止至1月31日,代表英国谷类食品的农民还有生产厂家一同组织的,目的为了庆祝早餐的重要程度。

兰州牛肉拉面
Undoubtly, Lanzhou Beef Noodle is the most popular noodle in China since it can be seen in almost every city. The feature of the noodle is “一清二白三红四绿”.
自从红遍大江南北随处可见之后,兰州牛肉拉面毫无疑问已是中国的人气面条。面条的特点是“一清二白三红四绿”。

山东煎饼
The most special feature of Shandong battercake must be the stuffing. Usually, big shallot will be rolled in the battercake.

上海糯米团

武汉热干面
The cooking style of Re Gan Mian is quite special. First of all, the noodle should be boiled. Then the noodle should be mixed by sesame oil and cooled. Then put the cold noodle into hot water for several seconds and quickly put it into the bowl. Put some seasoning and enjoy it!
干面的做法很特别。第一,把面煮开。然后面里加入香油等待冷却。随后把冷面放到热水里几分钟,飞速地再到进碗里。加入一些时令蔬菜就享用吧!
