一定句改成一般疑问句是不是必须要将and改为or？

这个要点在否定句中的状况比较了解，不少书都有介绍，但在一般疑问句中我却没找到权威的论述。譬如：

The seal ate some fish and crabs.

Did the seal eat any fish and/or crabs?最好能提供权威的对这个问题的描述，目前好多书都是抄来抄去，说的也不了解，谢谢

【原句】The seal ate some fish and crabs.

1. 这句话的一般疑问句是：

Did the seal eat any fish and crabs?

2. 下面是选择疑问句，与原句不符：

Did the seal eat any fish or crabs?

比较：Does the seal eat fish or crabs? （一般目前时，不加 any，表示食物类别）

3. 原句的否定句才用 or：

The seal didnt eat any fish or crabs.

【注】fish and crabs 不是成双成对的名词。
