两句话都正确,在乎义上好像没什么差别。seem之后可接不定式作表语(to be happy),也可以直接接形容词作表语(happy),故不少人觉得是happy前省略了to be。
1.形容词性的过去分词或短语也可以直接作表语,说明主语的状况。比如:
Most consumers seem unconvinced that the recession is over. 大部分买家好像都不相信经济衰退已经过去。
She doesnt seem cut out for this tough neighbourhood. 她好像不合适在这个治安恶劣的社区生活。
2. 假如过去分词不是形容词性质,而是与主语构成动宾关系,则 to be 不可以省略。比如:
He was dazed but did not seem to be badly hurt. 他有的神志不清,但仿佛没受重伤。
One group of people seems to be forgotten, namely pensioners. 有一类人好像被遗忘了,就是那些领养老金的人。
