according to后面可以接第二人称(you)吗

我了解：according to后面主要接第三人称，不可以接接第一人称，如：
可以说：According to him, the bridge is not safe.
不可说：According to me, the bridge is not safe.
但若是第二人称呢？可以跟在according to的后面吗？譬如可以如此说吗？
According to you, the bridge is not safe.

夸克氏的《英语语法大全》第9.63节有如下说明：

To him / you /methis is quite unexpected.

According to him / ? you / ??methisis quite unexpected.
