日本将迎来最强台风。
据日本放送协会报道，日本气象厅消息称，2019年第19号台风将于十月12日逼日前本关东区域，届时以东海和关东为中心的区域将会出现创纪录的暴雨。这将是2019年日本遭遇的最强等级台风。
According to the Japan Broadcasting Association , the Japan Meteorological Agency reported that Typhoon No. 19 in 2019 will approach the Kanto region of Japan on October 12, when there will be a record rainstorm in the area centered on the East China Sea and Kanto. This will be the strongest typhoon in Japan in 2019.
