它们之间的不同之处？
不同不是特别大。只有当遇见特质特别明显时，你应该注意区别。
当大家把某种皮当作调味料来讲时，就用zest。
Peel常指柑橘类、香蕉等的皮。橘子皮，柠檬皮，香蕉皮、苹果皮的皮都可以用peel。指可以削或者可以剥的皮。Peel也可作动词，意思是使水果或者蔬菜的皮与本身离别，不可以用在动物上。
Rind描述皮时则指那些较厚较坚硬的皮或者壳，像是西瓜的皮。它也常常与芝士和肉搭配。
Skin作为名词时可以用在蔬菜，某些水果，当然还有人和动物身上的。
