11月21日，乌克兰总统选举展开第二轮投票，现任总理亚努科维奇和大家的乌克兰政党网盟领导人尤先科的命交到了选民手中，约有4000名外国察看员对第二轮投票进行了监督。乌克兰选举委员会22日宣布，乌克兰总统选举计票已达98.24%，亚努科维奇获得49.58%的选票，领先反对派候选人尤先科3个百分点。
